The gloves have a base attack speed reduction of: -12.5%
To make up for the speed reduction, Attack damage is increased: (by rarity): 21%, 28%, 35%, 42%, 49%, 56%, 63%, 70%
Thanks for posting; super helpful! This is best gear by far. Exalted (this is where much of my gear gets stuck) gets a net damage improvement of 42.6%; my math: (1-.125)*(1+.63)=1.42625. Pls let me know if my math is wrong. These damage increases seem too good, and have to believe LH buffs these at some point.
