Pets are a feature similar to heroes, where they are unlocked from shards and leveled up with treats instead of crystals.
There are currently 16 pets in the game between 5 catagories:

0 Star Free Pets: able to be unlocked with 10 shards at 0 stars, and are available from normal Pet Summons Gates.

1 Star Free Pets: able to be unlocked with 30 shards at 1 star, and are availablr from normal Pet Summons Gates.

A Tier Pets: able to be unlocked with 30 shards at 1 star, and are only available from the special guild and tower shops for Karma and Poppy respectivly.

Restricted Pets: able to be unlocked with 10 shards at 0 stars, and before unlocked are only avilable through special summons, but join the normal Pet Summons Gates after unlocked.

S Tier Pets: able to be unlocked with 60 shards at 2 stars, and are exclusively obtained from special summons
