Perks are unlocked with Battle XP throughout your run but it is possible to start your run with two perks before you’ve even fired a bullet.
You can start your run with 1 perk by unlocking level 1 Veteran in your Upgrades Tab.
You require 100 Battle XP to get your second perk and you can achieve this before firing a single bullet from; each Veteran Upgrade level and from the Dog Tag Keepsake.
• Veteran Level 1 - unlocks 1 starting perk
• Veteran Level 2 onwards - 3 Battle XP per level minus the first level (level 2 = 3xp, level 3 = 6xp, etc)
• Dog Tag Keepsake - 2 Battle XP per tier (includes tier 0 once unlocked - tier 0 = 2xp, tier 1 = 4xp, etc)
You can also receive additional Battle XP boosts from the following perks:
• Fast Learner - +30%
• Improved Fast Learner - +50%
• Big Brain (Mnemon) - +35%
• Super Big Brain (purple star Mnemon) - +55%
